This campany should be put out of business/very very Deceptive practices/scam at its best Henderson

On 3/27/09, I requested, and got, through the internet, a cash loan of 200.00 from Emerald Marketing LLC. I spoke via telephone to a Emerald Marketing Rep., a woman named Samantha. Samantha informed me that the 200.00 would be deposited into my checking account, and that i would repay the loan by electronic debits from that account in increments of 60.00 every other week. The loan required a 60.00 finance charge, so the debits would continue until a total of 260.00 was paid to cover the loan in full, i agreed to this.

On 7/08/09, i noticed while reviewing my checking account statement that Emerald Marketing was still debiting my account 60.00 every other week. I added up the payments that they took from me. It added up to over 400.00. I found this companys phone number and called them. I was connected with Samantha again, and i asked her why the debits were still continueing. She stated that the 200.00 loan was supposed to be paid off in two weeks of recieving it. Which was NEVER TOLD TO ME., and that the 60.00 debits taken thus far did not go to paying off the loan in any way, but were used to purchace extensions of time to pay off the loan, this again was NEVER TOLD TO ME, I would never have agreed to it.

I have since put a block on this company debiting my account, people beware Emerald marketing is RIP OFF company that works in very deceptive practices...
