Emerald Card Services in San Diego - does not live up to their promises

Emerald Card Services located at 9370 Sky Park Ct Ste 220, San Diego, California has deducted amounts from our checking account without our authorization.

Their representative Adam Billagerana has promised my wife that he will personally mail the check off to her for the unauthorized debits debits made to our checking account, that was on Oct. 22.

I have faxed notices to Emerald Card Services for them to contact me regarding status of check. I also left two messages for Emerald Card Services.

I recommend for all new and current business merchants not to conduct business with Emerald Card Services due to poor customer service of not returning phone calls.
