Emereld Marketing, Payday Loan EMERALD MARKETING Gave me a loan without my permission, now harrassing me about paying

I was negative in my bank so I decided maybe I should take out a loan, I filled out the info and talked to a lady on the phone about what I needed and after she described everything to me I decided to not do it, it wasn't worth it. So I said never mind, a few days later I get $200 added to my bank account, I wasn't using this bank since it was in the negative and was planning on having it closed so I noticed it a few days afterwords.

I contacted the company and the woman said that she spoke with me and I confirmed that I wanted the loan, which I surely didn't. Since my account was in negative it took all of the 200 dollars, or else I would have sent it back. Then two weeks later they take out $60 on my account, and then the account was closed. Now they are calling me at work, harrassing me, saying if I don't pay 382 dollars right now that next week it will be over 500 dollars, they will send me to court, garnish my check, and everything. I never confirmed that I wanted the loan, and I didn't spend the money, the bank took it. I just want out of this. I don't have the 382.00 right now to pay them off and I told the woman on the phone that if I could next week (when I get paid) pay off the 382.00, then I would. She told me that by then it would be over $500 and I can't afford that. I already have too many bills to pay as it is. I don't know what I'm going to do and I'm only 21 years old. I'm too young to be in debt this bad.
