Lied, horrible abusive - customer service - never stops billing & threatening to sue

I tried to help my 82 year old mother get satellite tv. We called and spoke with several reps. Each one lied about 3 day right to cancell contract if the product did not work, how much, type of service, etc. When the service did not work in the way we were assured it would, i cancelled. Then the 2 year harrassment began. They have Never addressed any of the multiple issues of my complaint. They have pat answers that never indicate they have read anything we have sent. Multiple lawyers representing them have sent-called and harrassed over 2 years now. The last one I said good-lets go to court.
Now another threatening letter. Is there an Attorney ready to help the people like me who are mad as heck?
