Direct TV IS A JOKE!

Worst experience I ever had trying to get tv and internet service. I cancelled my service the same day I ordered, because of such despicable customer service. Canceling was no picnic either. Direct TV just streamlines you from one rep to the next. Reps who are unacknowledged and could give to cents what you are going through. It's pathetic. I was lied to, and I use the word lied, not mislead, not misunderstood, straight up lied to about what services I would be getting and the manner in which I would be receiving them. Spent two-plus hours getting rerouted from one Direct TV rep to the other, each one clueless to the issues affecting my service, so I would have to explain the same scenario over and over again. Each one reading me some scripted speech and never once addressing any of the issues I was having. Absolutely horrible Direct TV. You took away two hours of my life that I will never get back. I only wish I could give you 0 stars, instead of having to pick one star. I would never recommend your services to anyone for any reason. It's a crappy feeling knowing people pry get goat roped and bent over a barrel everyday by Direct TV and pry say nothing about it. If you have ever had a similar experience I urge you to tell the world, so Direct TV may possibly be held more accountable for their badgering and less than ethical practices.
