Ripped me off on a refund after causing much aggravation

I ordered a book and then added to the order. I contacted them to make sure the book wasn't duplicated. They assured me (in writing) that the order was not duplicated but my account was charged twice any. Then they told me I had to contact a third party to get the refund. The third party seller laughably called ExtremelyReliable, agreed (in writing) to send a refund including freight, but then refused to send anything. Textbooks.com finally sent me a partial refund. ExtremelyReliable accidently sent me an email asking for positive feedback!!! I think these 2 companies are scamming people.
