This company took my money, I never got my item & now I can't contact them

I ordered a textbook from this company online. They accepted my payment and then I never recieved my book. It has been two weeks since they "supposedly" shipped my book. I tried calling a number to contact them during business hours and I could only reach a voicemail saying they aren't taking calls. You also were unable to leave a message because the voicemail was full. They advised you to send an email but stating that they may not respond for at least a few days.

I then tried contacting the USPS to ask about my order and was not successful in finding my order. I went to try and go back to textbooksrus.com to find some answers and the website would not work. The web address would not work at all and I could no longer get onto this companies website. They completely ripped me off and I can't find any way to do anything about it. No one should ever use this company. This is the worst company I have ever encountered. A complete ripoff!!!
