Aka Walmart aka Wal Mart Deception Bettle in can of Spinach FDA approves percentages of waste in products

On May 19 my mother-in-law and I purchased 2 cans of GREAT VALUE SPINACH. We opened one of the cans that evening for dinner. My daughter, father-in-law and me ate this Spinach. However, on my second bite I discovered in my mouth a japanese beetle. I called the store and spoke to the manager, BRIAN, who informed me they did not carry that can because he could not locate the UPC number.

Later that evening my mother-in-law went to the store and spoke to JIM EVANS who told her to freeze the bug and that they would keep the can. Jim called me the next day and gave me a claim number and that I would hear from someone in the next few days.

I spoke to DON in Oklahoma at their Claims Department. I called the FDA to file a complaint and to learn about percentages of waste in proccessed products. Apparently, canning companies are allowed by the FDA to have a certain percentage of miniscule amount of bugs in their products. T

This bug itself exceeds the 12mm amount per 24lbs. The investigator explained to me they cannot proceed with their protocol because I don't have the can.
PLEASE SAVE ALL CONTAMINATED PRODUCTS. Don't return them to the store.
