Awful, awful, awful

I bought a duplicate area helmet out of this business. Once the item came, it didn't fit that which was marketed on the site and also the item was likewise faulty (distorted). I delivered the item towards the tackle they provided me. Vendor subsequently informed me they didn't accept my statements and wouldn't matter me credit. Today they've both my cash and also the product and WOn't submit both.
