Do not use this compony!!! They will damage your furniture and charge your for doing so. The owner is a coward and will not call you!!!

I had Pure Organic Cleaning come clean my carpets and furniture because they claim to be 100% Organic. For my childern with allergies this sounded great. I couldnt wait to have this service performed. Whaaa whaaa!!!

They were 1 1/2 late, sent me a new guy who didn't know what he was doing and never cleaned furniture bfore. He didn't have the right tools and ended up burning my brand new sofa.

Pure Oganic Cleaning still cashed my check and said they would give me my money back along with fixing the damage says the owner Adam Mc Bride.

Adam is trying to make the service tech pay for it. Adam will not return your calls, he has the service tech and his receptionest call you. He hids behind his employees.

After telling him we will be going to court, he agrees to send me a check for $209.00. This is the amount I gave his company for damaging my furniture. He thinks its the money to fix the repairs on my sofa!!!

After I told him he still owes me money for the repairs, he now wants to go to court. I will see him there. He doesn't know that I have all of his service tech's and receptionest phone calls saved as they say what a jerk he is being and how this is a aweful way to do business.

I never met a business owner that pawns off service issues on to his employees. And charges his customers for his employees mistakes. That sound like a lucrative business to be in.

Please tell all of your friends of my story. I don't want this to happen to anybody else.
