I was seeking a cleaning service for my carpet in two rooms of my home. I called a service "Adams Apple C & M. There was no answer so I left a message. This was the worst mistake of all. A day later, a service representative by the name of Adam Bader returned my call. He was also the owner. He offered to come to my home in Glendale Heights for an estimate. He assured me that this was a professional service, satisfaction guaranteed or money back. The following day he arrived in an old car, no logo on it, dressed in cut off jean shorts and a tshirt with a whole in it. I couldnt believe it. He was a joke. When I answered the door Mr. Bader couldnt even speak because he was UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF SOME DRUG. Unbelievable!!! When I told him I wanted to cancel he became beligerent and started cursing. I closed the door as he began banging on the door asking for a $50 service fee.
