I've a Tap that's simply over per year old, and contains since gone bad. It's a PULLOUT spray design, also it wont trigger and stays between your spray and flow. I've gone back again to the shop I purchased from, (menards) plus they promote NO COMPONENTS. I've e mailed LDR twice in fourteen days PLEADING to get a reaction, plus they wont actually recognize my request. Telephone calls get placed on store, and dismissed till I hang-up ashamed. The guide that included it claims it's A RESTRICTED LIFETIME WARRANTY. What great is the fact that when they don't actually speak with the customer? Their Website claims "LDR doesn't promote straight to customers". All I'd like is a few inexpensive fix components that we am prepared to purchase if required, or perhaps a substitute sprayer.in the end, is not that exactly what a GUARANTEE is?
