We placed our order on 10 Jan. We received only partial shipment, but we were charged for all of it. We called and they said the other items were back-ordered and to wait one month. A month later, nothing arrived. Numerous calls and faxes to the company resulted in no action. Today, six months later, we submitted a complaint to the BBB. We don't expect a result, and consider our $65.99 scammed by this company.
