Ordered pet meds on 7/18. Got acknowledgment it was shipped on 7/22. Same day shipment? Never received order. Emailed with no response. Called with no answer. Finally found out that apparently a postman left an "attempted delivery receipt" a week and I had to go to a local post office to sign for the package. I told them I got no such receipt and did know which post office and was not about to run around to 3 PO to find their package. They got very rude and they had my $300! Stay away from these BOZOS!
