I've been a faithful client of Iolo Technologies for several years. I've repeatedly bought their Program Mechanic Pro (internet-suite kind) item through the years. The only real cause I actually bought their item was the free-phone assistance. This support was great many years back, however it has gotten gradually worse recently. For example, it was previously located in the U.S., but relies in India today.
