These clowns bill you to get a YEAR ahead of time for the DSL support and VOIP (voiceoverip). After installation that you do oneself, there's no owner assistance for the VOIP point.insane. The only path to obtain aid is via mail & they handle you prefer you're a 74-year old schizophrenic who believes a Computer is just a UFO. Avoid no matter what.
