Crashed computers, no refund

I've utilized Program Technicians from Iolo.com for three years. Our last membership stops on May 27. Our pc and notebook failed November. The computer-tech continues to be working check about the notebook. I've purchased another notebook at great cost. Personally I think Iolo owes me a return. All I get from their store is "Ma'am, it's our plan to create reimbursement as much as thirty days from purchase". It's not the cash, I Have lost money before. It's the main of finished. I assured the folks at Iolo that I'd provide them with free promotion. And here it's. Iolo, plus a large number of others, care nothing about client satisfaction. It's about how much cash they are able to consume without any dangers.
