Terrible company

I registered for equifax credit view. I particularly requested for just one month only. I had been not informed that I had a need to contact to stop. The moment I then found out that I had been billed another month, I named to stop and was informed that I had been likely to obtain a reund. Weeks passed. Used to do not see any reimbursement. Therefore, I called again. And was informed they can't problem a reimbursement since there have been no 'records' and also the calcellation was after twenty four hours had approved. Consequently, I settled an additional month used to do not really use.

Take note customer, equifax is earning money from you without suggesting the correct info. They'll set you on regular payment without suggesting that you might want to calcel. And also the 24 hour time period limit is absurd. How can you realize that it's within twenty four hours once they don't actually inform you that you simply have now been billed another period!
