Equifax
Will not comply with changing discrepancy

Equifax is reporting an item from Credit One Bank incorrectly. I went bankrupct a year ago with Credit One Bank and at first Equifax reported it as included in bankruptcy but later changed it to a Charge Off. I have disputed this 5 times with Equifax and still it is was not changed to Included in Bankruptcy. I wrote Credit One bank and told them I would seek legal help. They sent me a letter that stated they would contact all the 3 credit bureas to have their Trade line removed. Trans union and Experian complied but Equifax still won't budge, even after I sent them the letter.
