Unauthorized Charges

I terminated my Equifax in Dec. 2008. Ever since then I've been debited each month to get a solution/support that I'm not getting. I've created roughly five telephone calls and voiced to 2 administrators regarding these unauthorized charges. Nowadays I had been informed that I'd to send 3 months value of bank account claims to ensure that Equifax might see the purchases. I've complied with that demand. It would appear that I, like a customer, must have legal option. Each time I contact I'm guaranteed that each endeavor I've created has been recorded. I'm at my wits end. If Equifax does this in my experience, and that I have now been tenaciously attempting to solve this problem without accomplishment, I will just suppose that they're conning a large number of others. May I document a suit? It's not the cash that I'm after... I simply need this exercise to prevent. I'm exceedingly disappointed and dissatisfied that the business is permitted to run in this way.
