Had a little SC State Loan documented 05/98, happy and launched 11/98. Equifax noted it in 2000 to be "available". Named Equifax repeatedly and delivered info from Region Records Office. Equifax declined to take any improvements. Visited Small Claims Court, gained Situation against Equifax, having a little financial arrangement. Equifax was to correct the info. The other day, 02, a Mortgage Lender carrying out a Refi, explained that there is a Loan available from 14 years back, data from Equifax. Same Loan.
