A cub cadet was brought in 9 june. $341 later and my mower is still broken

9 june a cub cadet was brought in for repair. $342 later and my mower is incapable of cutting even the shortest of grass. I've begged, cajoled, been polite and been angry... Nothing gets any concern from these apathetic scammers. They have their money and apparently realize they don't have the expertise to repair this problem so they just keep telling me they intend to pick it up so it sits iin the front yard with the keys in it and I'm waiting for the pickup. They promised to pickup saturday june 20 then monday then tuesday.

"oh poor poor me... My trailer had a flat on the way to your house and I had no spare" "monday my trucks transmission went out, how will I survive?"

Found out later pickups are still occuring but now all of a sudden not in santa rosa county. That would be fine except the fix it shop is the only cub cadet authorized repair shop in the area.
