Cub Cadet / MTD Lawn Mower
Mower will not mow grass!

I bought a mid-line Cub Cadet ztr mower within the Drop of '05 about 3 months before cutting time was over. After I applied the mower I then found out it'd not reduce higher, slim lawn 'sprigs' despite repeated cutting moves. I approached my vendor (DT McCalls in Cookeville, TN) plus they quickly replied, examined the mower, altered the terrace and pronounced it healthy. Nicely cutting period was around however the issues started again within the Spring of 'may. DT McCall acquired the mower two or three more occasions and had their fix people check, alter, substitute blades etc. They arrived to the home and attempted the mower themselves. After further modification their answer was 'cut the lawn every single day for four times, then every four days during cutting time'. How asinine is the fact that considering we cut about 4.5 miles?

Anyway they'd not consider the mower, return our money cost obviously, or permit credit for an update to some 'commercial-grade' mower. At this time they've just about cleaned their fingers of the entire event. Cub Cadet/MTD never approached us concerning the issues with this mower and it has not yet. Obviously there's no existing coming to the Cub Cadet / MTD procedure.

Our problem isn't remote when I am conscious of 2 additional individuals who purchased this same orange of the mower using the same issue. The mower seems good, begins and operates good, but won't cut lawn. Today I anticipated a $4000 buck 'lawn mower' to really cut lawn. Is the fact that a great deal to request?

Our advice would be to never purchase a mower or other item from MTD. When you have an issue you're by yourself without any aid and sometimes even contact in the producer.
