Piece of crap lawnmowe

In june i purchased a brand new cub cadet self propelled mower from tractor supply. I followed all instructions religiously to put it together, including putting in more oil than was required.
2 months later the mower blew apart. Tractor supply took it to a service center who said there was no oil. Cub cadet will not replace the mower.
I paid $350 for the mower, not cheap. It really is horrible that they will not stand by their product. I heard that sears, and other companies... Will help with anything within reason.
Cub cadet is a terrible company, i suggest not buying from them...
Has anyone else had a similiar problem? Might have grounds for a law suit, maybe the mowers are faulty, which for sure mine was...
