Unfair rip-off, check your sealed boxes

I bought a new vacuum. Well, I thought I did. I took the vacuum home to my mother as a surprise. What a surprise, the vacuum was an old Hoover all dirty with a dirty bag full of dirt!

I immediately called the store about 1 hour after I left the store and 5 minutes after the discovery.

They told me I am SOL. The employee told me they will not do anything for me at all. The employee also said it is common for people to bring back returns and put in something else inside the package. The policy is to open everything when returns come in, but many times the boxes are not reopened.

How can this company let me get ripped off? This cost me about $200 that I borrowed. I will not let this go Wal-Mart. My family does all their shopping with you. Bastards!
