Ripoff, Stealing Personal Property over a Kirby Vacuum!

We had this salesman come into our home selling a Kirby Vacuum cleaner in February of We told him we probably wouldn't qualify for the loan because we have No credit, he said it won't be a problem almost everyone qualfies, so he wrote out his contract and took our Vacuum he said it takes off some money when you turn in your old vacuum, Which we said was fine but what if we dont qualify? He said you will get your vacuum back.

Well we moved and contacted them with our new address, then the saleman came to our new house and re wrote the contract this was in April. Two weeks later a man comes to the door and says he is here to collect the Kirby we did not qualify for the loan well this is 2 months later, We said that was fine but we want our old vacuum which wasnt very old anyway it was a Fantom Fury that we paid almost 300.00 for. The next day they bring us a 59.00 dirt devil and said it was a 300.00 vacuum and until ours came in we could use it,

Well needles to say it is now June and we have not heard a word from them, so We called and told them that this vacuum sucks it blows dirt everywhere we want ours back. Well they said this time that they cannot get our vacuum back and the Fantom is out of bussiness Thats, not true I looked it up online last night, Now they brought us another Dirt Devil I'm not sure what to do I think I will contact my attorny, Just because we didnt qualify we lost the Kirby and our already paid for Vacuum it just doesnt seem RIGHT!!!
