Mailbox Lease Renewed, Then Store Closed With No Refund

Samual Scott owned three (3) UPS stores in Port Charlotte, Florida and refused to take responsibility when we first leased a mail box from him and gave us the wrong address, which obviously caused a reprint on brochures and business cards. Then he decided to close the store that we were using right after we renewed our 1 year lease for the mail box. He refuses to refund any funds and says he has no money.
