We have also been victim to this company's scam. Our bank is currently investigating, and we have contected the US Attorney General's Office, as well as the FTC. Upon speaking with a company representative, we were informed that thehy "did not know" how the account came to be and that they have had similar complaints, but thwe Better Busienss Bureau's website (bbb.org) lists them with an unsatisfactory rating due to unanswered complaints and lack of evidence of a proper business license.
