Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing

In feburary of 2005 my dad recieved his phone bill and voice vox had charges of $14.95 unauthorized services billed to him. Upon noticing these charges we called our local phone company and they explained there was nothing they could do and could not take off charges.

So we called the number for ESBI AKA VOICE VOX provided on the phone bill. First all we could get is a recorded message saying all representatives are busy and if you leave you name and number we will get back to you.
A couple of days go by and no phone call by now im getting pissed so I call voice vox back and i get a representative so I proceed to tell the representative that we did not authorize the services and wanted them to take the charges off.

The representative took my imformation and said she would remove the charges.

March rolls around and on my dads phone bill he was billed for febuary and now march so i called voice vox back and the representive answered the phone sounding like she had just woke up.

I explained to her that we did not authorize there company to add the service so the representative told me to call the main office and gave me the number and it was a bogus number.

I called voice vox once again and now they just hang up on me.

I have now filed a compaint with the state attorney general and the fcc in washington d.C. Monday I'm going to the local news paper office and run an add for other people who has been a victim of this senceless fraud and get them to file a complaint with rip off.com and the attorney general also the fcc.

If we the people stick together and help others file these complaints that's been a victim of this fraud voice vox is committing.

With any luck we the people can put voice vox out of business and maybe someone behind bars
