Took my return will not refund my money or respond to email or phone calls

So I purchased a family guy DVD box set from these sellers on ebay. They also sell on amazon. The DVD's were defective. After Several tries to contact them with no response I opened a paypal dispute. I sent back the DVD's. The seller claimed they never got the DVD's. I faxed them the postal recipt showing a delivery dat. They once again have chosen not to respond to either my email or phone calls. I firmly believe that this lack of cantact after I sent thjem proof is evidence of their dishonesty. They now have my merchandise (broken as it may be) and my money.
