Substandard Material, Horrible Customer Service, and Poor workmanship

This was the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. We hired this company in March and they did not start on the job until April. They did not show up half the time for work and I was given silly reasons why they were not on the job working. They put up field fence and used the cheapest field wire money can buy. They put up a wood privacy fence that has warped pickets on it. I believe they found the cheapest wood they could purchase.

They claimed they were finished with the job and wanted payment, we refused because they left a large opening on the privacy fence and they had the audacity to threaten to come and tear down the job if we did not pay them. They eventually came out to fix the problem and then they were paid.

They are terribly unprofessional and I would advised anyone not to do business with these people.By the way, most of the workers are young and the vice president is right out of high school (I am not joking). The owner, Aaron Bennett is only 28 years old. This is a company you do not want to do business with. The only thing that was done semi-right was the gate but the guy, Tommy Rodenkirch, did a lousy paint job on it.

Please, please steer clear of this company, trust me, you will be sorry.By the way, they will definitely follow-up with you when you contact them to bid the job but once you hire them you can never talk to anyone on the phone - horrible customer service and I can assure you I am not lying. Contact the Better Business Bureau in Shreveport and asked them if they have any information, not complaints but information on this company. If you go to their website and try to locate the company you will see 0 complaints which is incorrect. They actually have a number of complaints on this company.

Lastly, they go by a few different names (i.E. Fence Kings, Decorative Wrought Iron, A Lawn Service) so beware.
