Ripped me off for $150 Jacksonville

This company took $150 from me to repair my credit. They said it would take 3 months. Nothing happened after 3 months and then they said "let me see what happend", and didn't answer my calls anymore. I started with this company in October. They told me in the beginning there was a money back guarantee if my credit score didn't improve. After I told them that it didn't improve after 3 months, they said that the guarantee didn't apply to my situation. Even though I spent $150! She also blackmail to send problems back to my credit report that they never took!

The name of the company is creditjusticeservices.com. Her name is Lauren Simao. She is the an employee of Credit Justice Services. She refused my refund of $150.
