Never credited my money back

I ordered 2 cell phone face plates, after several weeks of not receiving them, I decided to call. They informed me that both face plates were out of stock and that they could send me teo different ones. I told them to just credit my bank account back. After one month of recveiving no credit, I called again. They said said they would credit it back that day. Still two months later, no credit has ever been issued back into my bank account. I have been ripped of $25.47.
