I went looking forever online and in stores for a ring and close to closeing at topanga store i found a ring that maybe perfect the sales associate said up and down promised if i wasnt happy i could come back and return it and the only catch was iot couldnt be sized till his repairman was back from vacation. Well needless to say i call next day to return it they said i had to meet with my sales guyand he was off and wouldnt be back so i called that day he all of a sudden was at another store and i waited called then, and no manager could help me so i drove to another city to see the guy and he said no problem youll just have toi talk to the manager, who also wasnt there this went on and on for weeks fromstore to store, no managers noone who could help me$2500.00 i spent and now they wont even answer the calls and the lie constantly. "all i care is for you to be happy, that why im here"that is there words "i will do all i have to so you are happy believe me"i am further takeing action onthis and will post more shortly.
