Pot with dirt - Butterfly bush

I order some plants from this supplier and received a very small pot with some dirt in a plastic mailing envelope. I got in touch with them and they required the shipping label which I had not kept. When I complained they tried to tell me they would make an exception and I needed to send them a copy of my credit card statement to validate the purchase. I have told them I won't buy from them again and to cancel the rest of my order which they will try to locate before it ships. I don't have much hope. I will never buy from them again.
