Richard Owens Nursery sends out dead plants - 1 Pink Pampas Grass, 6 Fire Grass, 10 Oat Grass

I purchased 18 plants to complete my landscaping project. They were meant for a xeroscape garden. 17 of the 18 of the plants had not come up by the six week period when they should have. (They were planted and nurished properly). I wanted a refund but did not have the warrantee card any longer so I was not eligible. I would not buy from this company again!
