Richard Owens Nursery, Exciting Gardens, sent me two dead weeping tree roses. I waited several months for the plants to be replaced and I just received what looks like a cane off of a climbing rose with nothing grafted on the top. One of the plants was pretty well broken up on the top as well. As weeping rose trees are climbing roses with a graft of the weeping rose on the top I was very disappointed. This was the first company that I ordered plants from that I have had a problem with. What a waste of time and money.
