Tried to rip my receptionist off for $498 for a $160 toner cartridge

A lady form this company called our daycare receptionist and told her that the daycare owner had ordered a copy machine toner from them and wanted to deliver but needed the address and for her to sign and fax back the order.

The toner was priced at $498 for what an original buy at Staples for $160!!

He receptionist refused to sign and fax back and told her to wait till the owner returned but the lady got angry and told her not to waste her time!

I called the company the following day and asked the lady who answered when or where did i order anything from this company and she claimed I did but had no evidence. Then I asked her why they were trying to rip off toners for3x the price of the original toner a - she got mad and she if i was not intereste dthat is fine but that's the price they sell it for and put the phone down!

Taking the time to write thsi in as I see several others were not so lucky and actually got ripped off!
