Made false claims to our receptionist—claimed they were our new supplier of copier toner and faxed her immediate order form

A cold-caller from IDCSERVCO called our receptionist and told her he was our current supplier of copier toner and that we were scheduled for a re-order. He faxed her a form and asked her for a credit card to ship immediately. The poor unsuspecting girl did so—and when i returned 2 days later from vacation and found out—i called to cancel the order. I was then told that the order was for 4 boxes of toner, each priced at over $700 and that they had shipped and had a no-return policy. We denied shipment of them when they arrived, except for the first box, which our receptionist mistakenly signed for. When you call them to complain they try to bully you and talk down to you but we have already filed a dispute with our credit card company.

They are the biggest scam-artists and should be severely punished for their false claims. Who knows if the tax id# they list is even theirs? 95-4149722
