Reach Broadband/was Rapid Communications
Bad cable tv picture, bad service, can't go 3 months without problems Arp

Rapid communications became Reach Broadband but they seem to be the same. Can not go 3 months without a problem! Bad picture and sound, poor qaulity picture. Have to call in about problems very often. Sometimes 4 0r 5 times a month, or more... Hard to get ahold of them. Long wait times are given for repairs... Technicians do not show up when promised, but do show up at Unexpected times... There are times techs were in my yard, no horn honked no knock on the door... He had my yard gate standing wide open!!! My dog could have ran out. Disregard of pets, property, and privacy. Rude...

It costs over$57 a month for basic, about40 channels including local. One Hbo costs $12.95, same for each ONE of the premium channels... This is the Only cable I can get, 5 miles from the town cable... Reach does not even offer internet at all here... I have no "street address" on them. Have been a customer for years. It does not get better.
