Quoted 19.95 Monthly Now Billed 32.57, With More Increases Ahead

In March I called Direct TV to be my satellite provider, and the agreement was to pay 19.95 a month for one year and after that 29.95 a month. Now they are charging me 32.57 a month.

So after a year it is now going to be 42.57 a month or more. I called Direct TV, and they denied what they told me on the phone when I first got the service.

I think this is illegal. It is false advertising. I hope someone does something to stop this company from doing this false advertising to gain customers and then charging you more than what they said after you get the service. I am very upset about it.
