Replacement windows look different and are left unfinished

So I heard the commercials and decided to get an estimate. I live in a one-floor home that already had pretty new windows, but none of them matched and they were generally poor quality. I had a few friends offer to help me do them, as I am pretty good at that stuff, and I also had other contractors quote the job. Power wanted $8000 to replace my 10 windows. I am a strong believer that you get what you pay for, so I decided to let them do the job.

The salesman came to my house at 8pm, no problem, contract in hand. However, the job supervisor had to come during working hours (9-4), and I missed some work that day. The install crew came two months later to replace my windows. The 4-man crew went straight to work ripping all the windows out, then dropped down to a 3-man crew, and it took until 4:45pm to finish.

The windows all look different, the mouldings look bad and the inside of some is completely unfinished. Now I have to miss more time from work to wait around for their people to come inspect, then more time for them to "fix it."
