Power Windows And Siding
Estimator never showed up for appointment made two months ago

I called Power Windows and Siding and told the representative that I was being laid off permanently from my job because my division is closing down until further notice. I wanted to enter the contest in hopes of winning the $20,000 prize.

I told the representative that the money would be used for gutters, windows and doors, because my house badly needs these replacements. The representative set up an appointment for an estimator to come over and give me an estimate of what work needs to be done and the price. I repeated that I will be unemployed and can only repair my home if I win the contest.

The representative made the appointment anyway and said I would be entered in the contest. The estimator never showed up. When I called Power Windows and Siding, I was told the estimator was busy and they would call me back to reschedule. As of today, 02-07, I have not received a phone call in the 2 months since I contacted them.

My question to Power Windows and Siding is: what are you waiting for?
