Terrible experience with RBA windows

I was promised quality custom windows by RBA. The windows were installed in rotting window frames, are the incorrect size, leak air, and are difficult to close. I would like to have the windows removed, but RBA is unwilling to negotiate with me. They want to fix the windows, but you cannot fix windows that are the wrong size unless you replace them. Since the workers have left broken glass and debris each time they have been on my property, I would just like them to remove the windows. I wish I had known that this company used deceptive sales practices such as bait and switch, and that they advertise a superior product which is clearly inferior to other products on the market.
