I taken care of the rug cleaning and duct-cleaning in the same period! They did the duct-cleaning (so far as I understand) HOWEVER THEY DIDN'T CLEAR MY CARPET WHATSOEVER

They also stated they don't give refunds for services which were not supplied! -it isn't within their policy to reimbursement people

I'd to visit function and that I did not transfer to the home however, and so I told him he'd the entire home to herself. He then began wondering after I could be house I told him 9pm. Then he explained he needed to abandon my home to complete another work he then might return and work on my house.-imagine if I had been likely to be there all day long, then what why did he plan with me if he'd another work to visit.

Well, he ultimately named me at around 8pm and stated that he was performing the duct-work and there is much more cleansing than he anticipated within the channels! He explained he may not be completed whenever we get home. I believed which was really unusual; why wouldn't it consider him from 11am till after 9pm to complete both rug and also the duct-cleaning! The home is not that large! We found whenever we got house the rug appeared exactly the same, despite the fact that we invested $100 additional bucks for that 'costly nutrients' he suggested

Exactly what a scam! They did not actually clean the carpet whatsoever! They told us that people could eliminate the area spots they did not contact! Don't use alcazar cleansing because they don't do the job they guarantee-and wont return you since 'it isn't within their plan'!
