Certified Carpet Cleaning INC - Certified House Cleaning INC They are totally a rip off! They are not providing services that they advertise

I saw an advertisement in the red plum paper for Certified Carpet and Vent cleaning. The carpet cleaning is advertised as $6.95 per room and $7.95 per vent for air duct cleaning. They had 2 guys to come over. 1 of the guys act like this salesman / carpet cleaner. The guy said his name was Cory and he claimed that all of the vents had to be cleaned along with the furnance and the return vent. I had 19 for them to clean along with the furnance. He said it would take about 2 hrs for them to complete all of the work. They stayed less than 1hr. While one of the guys were supposedly cleaning the carpet, then the 2nd guy disappeared. I asked him where was the other guy, he said he's in your attic cleaning your furnance, I couldn't hear anything moving around above due to the carpet cleaner w / the loud noise so I went to see what he was doing. I caught the guy coming out of his van. Smelled as if he just had smoked a cigarette. I asked him was he finished with cleaning my furnace and he said "yeah". I had to take some phone calls, I only seen them so called clean 3 of my vents in the living room which was a joke. They had no lighting or anything. They placed this attachement on the end of the vacuum hose they used for their steam cleaner and vaccumed around the edges of the vent and placed the hose in the inside of vent. I asked them how could they see what they were doing because according to the pictures in the ad, the vent ducts supposed to be sparking clean. The salesman didn't answer, but the other guy said, the suction from the hose is so powerful, whatever is in there will come out. The next day my carpet wasn't good at all. They wet the carpet up so much you can't tell if it's really cleaned until the next day once it is dried. These people go by the name of Certified House Cleaning Inc. Also. Well that is what is at least on the receipt. Do Not USE these people for any services!!! I plan on fighting them until the end!
