Ruined my wedding

This company RUINED my wedding. My $3,000 was spent with the horrible rude, incompetent photographer that actually is IN most of my outside proofs... Since he failed his LIGHTING class. His shadow is in at least 15 of my proofs, 10 of which were "doubles" Opps. The video "missed" my VOWS! And let's say... My Mom in any footage! But good thing he interviewed random people that my husband and I don't know instead of filming... Say another angle? My entire video is 1 angle, and my pictures are BLACK in the background at 2:00 in the afternoon in church! However, my friend had no trouble getting better shots then the: pro's" I am so sad that these peole stole my day from me. Don't EVER use them!!!
