Accurate Media Wedding Photography In AZ ripoff

I got married in Arizona on May 28th my photographer, Harlan from Accurate Media was suppose to send out my wedding proofs 2-4 weeks after my wedding. I didn't receive my pictures until two months after the 2-4week period. Once i received the proofs on August 03, many of the family pictures came out yellow and on my wedding video there was only 10 minutes of my wedding when my wedding was 5 hours long and then the remaining was an Asian couples wedding. I complained about it and was suppose to receive a new wedding video because they apparently had taped my wedding onto two videos. As of now i still have not received that. I sent in my reprints August 7th and the company has 3-6 weeks to deliver my reprints, however i still do not have my reprints. When i called to complain they gave me a FEDEX tracking number, but when i called FEDEX they said that they do not have that package. I called again and the photographer will not answer my calls or e-mails. We have paid him in full, therefore there should be no reason why we do not have our wedding pictures and video. I would hate to have another bride go through this torment. I know reside in Georgia with my husband and its sad that i still don't have any pictures of video of my happy day. It is now July and I finally received some of my reprints with the yellow taken out, however I still dont have my wedding video.
