Dallas Wedding Video
Ripoff Wedding video is horrible

We hired Dallas Wedding Video to film our wedding back on April 10. We did not watch our video until Jan. When we did we were disgusted. The sound was terrible at best and missing during the most important parts. The actual video footage was not so bad, but what good is it without sound.

Me and my wife also film weddings and such as amatuers and we feel that our equiptment/experience is much better than this company.

We did not have them edit our video because we intended to do it our self, but without the sound it is pointless, our video in ruined.

If he would have checked the video before giving us the master tapes (Not sure that he didn't) then I'm sure he would have felt the same way we did about the job.

Since we paid a lot of money to have this done I feel a partial refund or at least an explanation would have been acceptable.
