Lost a jacket left to me by my brother who passed away and won't pat for it

Supreme Shoe Service / Dan Lawshe, the owner. Was given a black leather jacket to mend. It was left to my by my brother who passed away. They lost the jacket which is really irreplaceable... I tried to call him he would not take my calls. I took him to small claims court he didn't show up and a judgement was made against him. He ignors me and refuses to pay... His shoe company has bee abusive to many other people... Don't go there he's a thief and a rip off artist!!!
